In this 30 minute zoom call you will get to know the hiring manager; their team make up, expectations and role specifics. It is also an opportunity to speak to your previous experience and your skill set.
TAKE HOME PROJECT
Depending on the role we use a take home project to truly grasp your proficiency in the subject as well as gain an understanding of your work style.
INTERVIEW LOOP WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS OF THE ROLE
These 30 minute video conversations will allows you to gain a better understanding of our team dynamics and allows you to dive into more questions around skills and experience as it pertains to the role.
